Payment

Payment is made in full at the point of ordering. The course will then be available for downloading (other than for pre-launch sales where the course will be available from the date stated).

Any special offers or discounts will be time-bound.

No price increase will be made after the order has been placed and full payment received.

Cancellation

You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period once payment has been made. For online services this lasts until you first access the course. By accessing the course within the 14 day cooling off period you are consenting to waive your right to cancellation.
